Nicolas Belfrage: Medium deep; correct. Clean, attractive nose somewhat let down by unfocused palate, but that could be because it needs bottle age- 15.:

Bruno Besa: Lively garnet to tawny rim. Rather restrained nose, with small red fruits, good spicy complexity, and a touch of smoked meat. Firm palate well supported by the lively fruit yet touch short finish- 16:

Jancis Robinson: Dark ruby, with a rusty rim. Full-blown very ripe rose notes. Opulent grande dame with a little too much makeup on? A certain hedonistic appeal. Correct dry tannins on the end. Drink 2015–23- 16 :
