Jesús Barquín: Medium to deep cherry. Nicely focused red fruit nose, appealing, with a graphite note, fresh and ample palate. Long, though it would be better with lower alcohol. Intermediate. 16.5

Marcel Orford-Williams: Youthful. Full, sweet, and some length. No great complexity but a good example of Rioja for drinking now. Fairly short. 14
