And a good depth of berry-like aroma also suggests a good proportion of Pinot, a suggestion compounded by the fruit character and quality, which is concentrated and winey, almost as if bubbles are an afterthought. But at the same time, they add freshness, lift, and texture to a full-flavored fizz, with notes of strawberry and Cornish cream and a mouthwateringly juicy, dry finish that has a degree of grip to it. | 95
