Michael Schuster | A very nice, dense combination of Cabernet blackcurrant and Merlot mulberry to smell; full, fresh, firmly tannic—a fine constitution; deep and rich and sappy in blackcurrant flavor, but retaining a Margaux finesse at the same time, long and subtle and fine-grained across the palate, aromatic, racy, and with a very nice fruit-scented length to finish. Beautiful fruit, fine tannins, graceful, complete Giscours. 2029–50+.
