BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Ruby to garnet. Clean, elegant, complex, red-fruit nose, with red apples, cranberries, red cherries, and crushed stones. Clean, medium- to full-bodied, with layered, noble tannins, and clean red fruit on the palate. Long and herbal finish. | 92

Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red but no longer opaque. Warm, amply rounded, dusty-savory fruits in soft-focus style. Sweetly appealing nonetheless. Deep, mouth-filling, and vigorous, with a little more flesh than some of its peers, and a slightly softer style of tannin. Dense black fruits here, with licorice to finish: a hugely enjoyable wine which has both authority and charm. | 91

Anthony Rose | Good youthful vigor, ruby hue; a noticeable touch of oak-spice on the nose, but not excessive, followed by initially sweet red fruits, seductively textured, and then a firm, almost chunky, sinewy, structure of almost chewy tannins and a firm spine of acidity. | 92
