BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Ruby to garnet. Refined, elegant, classy red-fruit nose, complex, with red cherries, crushed stones, and hints of mint and dried herbs. Medium- to full-bodied, balanced, with a clean red-fruit palate, super-elegant tannins, and a long, weightless finish. | 93

Andrew Jefford | Clear, light, bright, and translucent. Sweet, warm, fragrant, and sustained aromas of glowing red fruits and underbrush: classical and good. Supple, long, vividly fruity, with a poised ripeness: everything you could want, in lively and accessible style. | 90

Anthony Rose | Relatively pale youthful ruby hue; nice Sangio purity on the nose. Very attractively sweetly ripe and authentic Sangio purity of flavor, with abundant cherries and red fruits. With its sub-threshold oak, it almost seems like a lightweight, but it isn’t; the fruit is very pure and authentic, the texture suave and silky, and the ensemble excellent. | 94
