Evolved, but deep and resonant, with rich, fleshy aromatic notes, supple, textured, and full: a super-enticing nose without ever being overdrawn or overstated. Hints of warm resin mingle with the oak copse and underbrush. Ample, rich, and architectural in the mouth. A ripe style, without a lot of supporting acidity, but there is enough resonance of fruit and aromatic intricacy to carry the wine well. | 88
