Stephen Brook: Tight mineral nose, ripe grapefruit, wax. Fairly rich, supple, with an attractive sweet-and-sour tone since the acidity is quite assertive. Lacks some lift and excitement, it's dogged rather than racy, and the sweetness and acidity are not in harmony. 13

Jancis Robinson: Hazelnut cream - rather different from most. Very calm and evolved. Good acidity. A hint of lime... and honey. Interesting, obviously! No monster. Compact. Subtle. 15.5

Alexander Scott: Properly ripe and competently made, but it tastes a little stretched to me. Good, but a bit anodyne. 12.5
