BUY THE WINE

Gerard Basset: Medium yellow. Mineral with some white truffle. Energetic structure with a rich but elegant fruit concentration and long finish. 17.5

Marcel Orford-Williams: Good nose, lively fruit, full-bodied style. Quite salty, mineral. Lots of depth and complexity. Dry. Quite powerful and in need of a year or two. Good Alsace Riesling. Needs food. 18

Roy Richards: Slightly reductive, intense lime, some CO2. This has purity, a chiselled m inerality - but for the lime, a Grand Cru Chablis. Exceptional, and stays in the mouth. 18
