Nicolas Belfrage: Deepish, has turn, correct. Oaky/fruity nose of character. Soft and round on palate, with good but not excessive acidity, ripe but plentiful tannins, nice balance now. Mocha and juice with lovely balance. For drinking between 2010 and 2020, good compromise between modern and traditional styles. 17

Roy Richards This is sweeter, plummy, follows through on the palate with a plummy middle, not dissimilar to Bandol. Commercial, but lacks finesse and complexity. 13

Franco Ziliani: Dry, astringent, bitter and not totally clean reductive nose. Not great personality on the palate, with little structure, aggressive tannins, and some unripe, green, vegetal notes. 12
