Jesús Barquín:I find it slightly disconcerting—at times well defined and powerful, at times heavy and overdone out of pronounced sweetness. Since my randomly assigned agenda placed it as the last of the 32 wines, it is likely that fatigue may have played a role in these contradictory sensations. 15
Richard Mayson:Deep, opaque; tight-knit, cassis fruit with more to give; attractive, firm, with good purity of fruit. Not big, but sweet and elegant for the mid-term. Well-balanced middleweight wine. 14
Charles Metcalfe:Cooked, jammy aromas, with a note of caramel. Very smooth tannins and good acidity, but overall light and insubstantial. Pleasant and easy, but not an intense or long-lived wine. 13
