Andrew Jefford: Bottle 2: Pale gold. Soft, subtle vegetal notes with some floral interest, but shy, shy, shy. Vivid, fresh, and long; a plant-sap finish. But not over-taut or tight; despite its trim lines, this wine has structure, length, and poise.
