BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Deep ruby to pink. Complex, animal, earthy nose yet clean and complex, with mature black fruits and hints of oriental spices and dried Mediterranean herbs. Medium- to full-bodied, clean and complex black- and red-fruit palate, with a lively, long finish. | 93

Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red. Rounded, warm aromas of soft, ripe, red and black fruits. Not a lot of secondary complexities as yet, but attractive withal. Weighty, full, lively, and generous on the palate, but perhaps without quite the aromatic intricacy of the best. Satisfying and deep nonetheless. | 87

Anthony Rose | The color is dark and deep; good, complex aromatics, combining red fruits, herb, and spice. The palate is on the traditional side, with good Sangio fruit flavors, nice freshness, firmish grip tending toward a slight toughness, and balance. | 92
