BUY THE WINE

Nicolas Belfrage | Quite deep, with turn. Nicely developed, complex nose of field flower and glacé cherry. Rich, immediate attack, with firm but balanced structure of tannin and acidity, allowing for a fruitiness that might otherwise be described as jammy. A pleasure to drink now but should also age well. | 93

Bruno Besa | Garnet to pink. A touch closed, yet spicy, cedar, and smoke nose, with prunes and black cherries. Medium to full body, with muscular yet refined tannins. Fairly long, with a black-fruits finish. A touch rustic but generous. | 91

Andrew Jefford | Clear red-black in color. Warm, winey, and enticing, with an autumnal fruit burr: attractive, amply ripened red fruits on offer here, with some tobacco complexity. On the palate, too, this has been teased into an unusually assured ripeness for the vintage: warm, resonant, and long, with soft and sustaining tannins, glowing currant fruits, and finishing meaty-spice refinements. Fine work here. | 90
