Jancis Robinson: Red, hint of garnet. Warm, ripe fruit, even a hint of citrus, which remains. Rather nice, fresh and clean, but tannins kick in and the finish is rather austere, bordering on astringent. Drying up. 12

Jeremy Watson: Probably the best wine so far, with hints of greatness. The colour, the aromas of soft fruits and the flavours swimming around the mouth are exciting. 19
