Jesús Barquín:Pale ambering red, looking more evolved than its peers. An odd celery aroma as the glass is swirled. Faint and muted aromas, with more nuts than candied fruit, and a structure where alcohol dominates. 85
Andrew Jefford:Clear and translucent russet red. Soft, caramel scents with some sweet baked plum beneath. Very sweet and soft and gentle, but a little bit torpid and uneventful. 80
Richard Mayson:Pale mid-brick red with a broad tawny-amber rim; fine. Slightly lifted Christmas-cake aromas, candied fruit; soft and suave, yet retaining fresh primary fruit mid-palate and a touch of tannin, leading to a rather dry, delicate finish. Refined but verging on attenuated. 90
