Jesús Barquín:Ruby, with amber rim. Nose is dominated by intense orange-peel aromas, slightly moldy. Distinctly sweet, it feels heavy on the palate. 82

Andrew Jefford:Deep-hued but clear and bright. Lots of toffee and mint here—smells like American oak. Not a criticism: very attractive in many ways, but less subtle than some. Sweet and tangy straight up and down, but not much to unearth behind the actual sweetness. 81

Richard Mayson:Mid-deep core, amber-tawny rim. Something very strange on the nose here: caramelized sherbet, if that is possible. Better on the palate: some richness but seems slightly over balanced and confected in style. 78
