Nicolas Belfrage: Deep, almost opaque; beginnings of turn. Somewhat quiet on the nose. Pleasant, fruity wine of good drinkability and probably good sustainability. Creeps up on you; not obvious but serious, if not the most complex of the bunch. Drink from 2016. 15
Bruno Besa: Deep garnet to pink; ruby rim. A touch closed, complex red-fruit nose, with fresh herbs and graphite-like minerals. A round palate, with sweet fruit, a touch simple at present, but with time this wine should develop complexity and depth. 16.5
Andrew Jefford: Dark black-red. Light, tenacious, and curranty aromas, with some leaf litter for complexity. Poised, elegant, and fresh on the palate; vivacious, lifted. Excellent tannins, too, supporting and buffering this bright-fruit palate. Very good wine. 16
