AJ | A little more colour evolution than most of its Serralunga peers, here, in that there is plenty of tile red at the meniscus of this light to mid-garnet wine. A lovely nose: sweet, floating, nuanced, with neatly folded curranty fruits, warm fruit, jasmine and suede. Very svelte and satisfying. Elegant, light and fine on the palate: very approachable already; graceful and orderly. Brisk acidity and soft, ample tannins. Deft, polished, beautifully crafted wine.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2038. 93
BB | Garnet to tawny. Open, spicy, tar and leather nose with black and red fruits, orange peel and hints of forest floor. Medium to full body, big yet fine tannins, lively finish with minerals and dried herbsDrink Dates: 2025 - 2032. 91
MP | Floral and red fruit notes are joined by blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry and plum. Sadly, most of the fruit is poorly delineated and the flavours are muddled. The wine finishes with a bitter note and the fruit dies away quickly.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2030. 89
