Nicolas Belfrage: Medium color, quite developed. Nose of well- hung, very mature fruit. Old-style wine, a slight note of dried fruit, not to say bruised. Very correct but somewhat lacking in charm. 86

Bruno Besa: Deep garnet to tawny. Ripe nose of prune juice and oriental spices Sweet-fruit palate, with a simple overripe finish. 85

Andrew Jefford: Clear dark black-red in color. Beautifully sweet, warm, and refined scents, very graceful and stealthy but very charming, too. Cream and cereal grain and a hint of jam.
