Stephen Brook: Curious nose, in that it’s dominated by lime and little else at present. Sleek, supple, concentrated; marked acidity, citrus and pineapple. Skeletal now, and the components have yet to come together. But it has a fine texture, it’s not overblown, and the slight rawness will surely diminish. Long, vibrant, citric finish. 18

Margaret Rand: Creamy and rich, a touch of spice, and piercing acidity. Closed at the moment, but with plenty to emerge with time. The finish is impressive: long, full, and vigorous. 17

Jancis Robinson: A little bit sugary on the nose, though certainly lots of sweetness and a glucose rush on the finish. Not a very complex set of flavors yet. Pretty, though, and with excellent definition. Lime and honey for the moment, with almost painful acidity. Mellifluous texture compared to some, and very honeyed. Drink 2016–26. 18.5
