Anthony Rose | Medium-ruby, evolving to garnet at the rim; instantly fresh, cherryish, and appealing on the nose; nicely textured with sub-threshold oak, juicy and refreshing raspberry and cherry fruit quality, authentically Sangiovese, and while the first impression is of a lightish red, it earns its stripes with a finely textured purity of fruit and at the same time supportive structure of fine tannins and freshness.
