Stephen Brook: Fresh nose, ripe citrus. Sweet and sappy, easy-going, upfront, lacks some rip and concentration, but pleasant fruit and enough acidity to sustain it. Medium length. 14
Andrew Jefford: Pale green-gold. Correct, but lacks aromatic refinement and focus. Mouth-filling, soft, spicy fruits with decent acid balance. Plenty of warmth of the south; hint of mineral salts in finish; vivid and true. Nonetheless another enjoyable, soundly crafted wine. Palate qualities suggest that with time the aromas will achieve focus and character. 14.5
Jancis Robinson: Heavy - not much nose. Full and florid, but not fine. Very definitely earthbound. Medium dry. Drink 2005-07. 14
